What better way to encourage active participation in your ministries than helping others understand their strengths and leading them in identifying their personal call to serve? In response to the Archdiocese of New Orleans Synod goal to “nurture awareness within families of God’s call to holiness and the need to put our gifts at the service of the community,” CCF has developed programming that utilizes Gallup’s Clifton StrengthsFinder. When combined with the teachings of Catholic spiritual masters, this online assessment provides participants the opportunity to grow in self-knowledge and self-awareness, and to learn more about spiritual discernment by identifying the key strengths, talents, and qualities that affect how they react to relationships and responsibilities.
Led by Dr. Susie Veters, a certified Clifton StrengthsFinder coach, workshops are offered periodically to the general public. Dr. Veters is also available to develop individualized Clifton StrengthsFinder discernment programs for parish staff, ministry departments, and Catholic schools. Check our upcoming events for future workshops.
